Order Processing All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Please allow additional processing time during promotional periods or high-volume seasons.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

GlamSteals offers premium shipping options:

• Standard International Shipping: 7–14 business days.

• Express International Shipping: 3–7 business days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and can vary based on your destination, customs clearance processes, and external shipping circumstances.

Shipping Origin

GlamSteals products are shipped directly from our luxury suppliers located primarily in the European Union (EU) and the United States (US).

Shipping Costs

GlamSteals offers a flat shipping rate of $14.95 for standard shipping. We also provide free standard shipping on selected items or promotions clearly indicated at checkout.

Duties & Taxes

For your convenience, GlamSteals includes duties and taxes within the displayed price for orders placed through our website. Customers will not incur additional charges upon receiving their orders.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can also track your order status by logging into your GlamSteals account.

Lost or Damaged Shipments
