Glam Steals 7-Day Return Policy

- Follow the instructions provided by our team for shipping the product back to us.

4. Refunds:
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund.
- Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
- Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to be processed.

5. Exchange Option: Instead of a refund, customers may opt for an exchange, subject to product availability.

6. Shipping Costs for Returns: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item unless the return is due to a defective product or a shipping error on our part.

7. Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like final sale items, perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).
